Let’s make learning fun again!
After starting as a DJ class, The Vinyl Academy now offers classes that provides our students with an opportunity to participate in science, technology, engineering, arts and media programs. At the end of each 10 week sessions students will showcase their studies.
Hip Hop Dance
In this Hip Hop Dance class, the students will learn the culture of the genre and how it relates to movement. They will learn the fundamentals and dance forms of the style such as choreography, popping, locking, and freestyle. With new and exciting choreography each week, students gain the confidence to perform on stage or in front of a camera. There will be a showcase performance at the end of the cycle.
Dramatic Play
In this class, children will have the opportunity to reenact everyday actions or situations that they observe, engage in intensely imaginative activities based on knowledge they gain from books, movies, and other sources, retell and reenact stories, and act out songs.
Vinyl Academy 101
Sign your child up for small group DJ lessons with one of our talented virtual DJ instructors. During each lesson your child will explore the technical, entrepreneurial, and creative aspects of DJing. It is recommended but nor required that families acquire the proper equipment for practice at home for this class. There will be a showcase performance at the end of the cycle.

Science Academy
If your child is Bill Nye Fan this class is for them. Kids will have the opportunity to engage in wacky science experiments and produce new creations. These interactive learning experiences will allow kids to develop their own creativity while learning new concepts in a fun environment.
